That is exactly what I am doing, well trying to do! 🙈
Yesterday I went for a windy walk along the beach and then in the evening had a little spa sess and painted my nails. It was funny though as before I painted my nails I was battling with myself about whether I should work or not.
Does anyone else feel guilty when you don’t work?
I decided in that moment I had to feel into this and let myself relax. It’s my ego mind/ my masculine energy taking over telling me if I have a day off people will be disappointed and think I am ignoring them.
However that is not the case at all, I deserve time to recharge.
You deserve time to yourself, to reset, to refocus and just chill.
You don’t pour a glass of wine from an empty bottle hey?
So please reset, refuel your body and watch how excited, driven and full of energy you feel for having that time for yourself.
So if your reading this I am giving you permission to relax this weekend, go for a walk in nature, eat your favourite food, paint your nails, have an epsom salt bath or read a book with a hot cup of tea. Yorkshire tea of course!!
Because you deserve me time!
On that note I am signing off for the rest of the weekend and going to enjoy me time and not feel guilty. Happy Easter Guys! 🐣
